Garage Apartment Construction
In 2005 Wilson Building Company completed this large two-story garage and apartment building. On the 2nd floor is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, great room, bathroom, laundry, stairwell. On the 1st floor is the large 2-car garage, bathroom, utility room, and several large storage rooms.
Recently we renovated with 1st floor building it into an awesome apartment, or parents-in-law residence, or call it a college student apartment.
We used our typical design of 1x6 and 1x8 clear pine door and window casings, cabinets with granite tops and high-end appliances, 1 inch hexagon floor tile and 1x6 subway wall tile in the bathroom.
